I started living on my own by 18 , always studying and working non- stop. Deep down, I always knew a time like this would come. The moment that I would have to chose my interpretation of freedom and its sacrifices in order to be fully accomplished.
After bossing tables to get my first car as an immigrant, I made it as a fashion designer in a 500 fortune company. I sold dreams while managing big luxury brands across countries, fell in love, got married, got pregnant, lost my baby, divorced, fell in love – again…I suddenly realized the famous life plan took me pretty much 7 years. By 30, I knew most of life’s turns. Or so I thought.
Then, 4 years ago I got laid-off from my job. A turn, again that I didn’t expect but brought me to where I am now. I received some compensation money, that I could’ve saved, invested… but decided to take to start travelling. I literally, took the scenic route.
AT THAT MOMENT (2017) – I packed my 1 bedroom Ocean- view- Miami apartment and sold as many items as I could in 8 days and left to Asia; to the other side of the world where I could stretch my dollars and my mind as much as possible.
I’ve found more culture, more versatility, more tenacity, more colors, more flavors, more kindness, more compassion than I ever thought was possible.
I don’t expect for you all to get my new lifestyle, but if you are curious, I plan to take you to beautiful destinations through authentic images and stories that awake feelings and manage to share emotions! You can hop on and off, but hopefully each story will keep you close in my chosen distance.
