|ENG| Our slightly uphill morning trek leads us to the archeological site of Llactapata (2650m/8694ft), You can see Machu Picchu from the distance! Woohoo! After taking in this beautiful view, our route will continue down to the hydroelectric station (1950m/6398ft) where we continued to walk with the group to Aguas Calientes (2050m/6726ft). |ENG| We woke up at 5:30 am again with a coca tea to start a completely different trek. We continued to descend to a dense forest where there is a gorgeous flora and sprawling plantations. It looked so much easier than day 2 until I had this encounter with a Natural Bridge! This particular one connects the mountain so that you can cross over a 200 mts down – gorgeous cascade!
